Digital products are non-refundable. Read the description before you buy.
Once you download a digital file, it's yours. I can't exactly take it back. So I can't offer refunds on digital purchases once the download has started.
This is pretty standard for digital products everywhere. I'd recommend taking a look at the product description and making sure you understand what you're getting before you buy. The descriptions are detailed for a reason.
If you actually can't download the file or it's corrupted or something actually went wrong on my end, email me and I'll sort it out. I want you to actually get what you paid for.
